Material Extraction

Extract the material used in [ex) floor] from the attached image.
Accurately reflect color, pattern, texture, and fine surface details.
The texture must be seamless and repeatable, created as a front-facing 2D texture without perspective distortion.
Remove lighting and shadows to represent pure material information.
Generate the following PBR maps: Albedo, Normal, Roughness, and Displacement.
Create in 8K high resolution, photorealistic quality.
